You may return any dress for exchange or refund as long as it is in its original condition. Please take care with the return packaging - we suggest you use the box and bag we shipped the dress in - and insure the package. Exchanges are done at no fee other than added shipping costs. Returns for refunds may be subject to a maximum 15% restocking fee, and shipping charges cannot be credited for either returns or exchanges. All returns MUST be received within 10 days |
